
Ocean Lover Bar
Ingredients:
- 200 g "Ocean Lover" from "Love the Planet" menu of Terra Canis
- 60 g buckwheat flour
- 60 g of rolled oats
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp salmon oil (e.g. O'lixir "Omega 3")
- 2 tbsp freeze-dried berries
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Mix all the ingredients with the dough hook to form a nice dough. Now use a dough scraper to spread the dough onto baking paper in a rectangular shape approx. 8 mm thick. Use the knife to draw lines in the dough to determine the size of the bars. This makes them easier to cut after baking. Bake the dough in the oven for approx. 35 minutes.
For a longer shelf life, dry the baked biscuits in a dehydrator or in the oven at 50 °C.
