Everything you need to know about the ordering process

Shopping in our Online-Shop

If you find an item you want to buy, simply click on the button ‘Add to basket’. A list of all items you have selected will be displayed. Once you’ve selected all the items you want to buy, all you have to do is complete the order by clicking on ‘Order and purchase’. This means that you submit a binding request to purchase the goods in your shopping basket. If you have a voucher, you can redeem it when ordering. Please check your order list carefully before you submit the order. Before sending the order you can change and view the data at any time. Before you finally complete the order, please also read our general terms and conditions carefully. To submit your order form, you must confirm that you have read and accept the general terms and conditions. 

Once your order has been received by us, we will automatically send you confirmation of receipt via email which will contain the details of your order. You can also print this email via the ‘Print’ function. The automatic confirmation of receipt merely documents the fact that we have received your order and does not mean that we have accepted your request. The contract is only concluded once we have sent the declaration of acceptance in a separate email (order confirmation and invoice).
