There is currently a temporary shortage of the AliVet Low Mineral Diet product range. Our routine quality checks identified discrepancies in the nutrient mixture used in the latest production run which do not meet our internal quality standards. As a precautionary measure and in line with our high standards of quality, we have decided not to release this product for sale.
The nutrient mixture currently in use is therefore being reviewed and reformulated before production can resume. This process is necessary to ensure that we maintain our normal product quality in the long term. During this period, there may be delays in the delivery of all products in the AliVet Low Mineral Diet range.
We are working flat out to ensure that our products are fully available again at their usual high quality as soon as possible, and we thank you for your understanding.
