Beetroot Balls
Ingredients:
- 30 g Terra Canis "Classic" Duck menu
- 100 g spelt flour (a little more if required)
- 20 g peanut butter (unsweetened)
- Optional: 1 tsp beetroot powder
Preparation:
Knead all the ingredients together to form a smooth dough. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour. Make small balls with your hands (size according to preference). Bake the biscuits at 170°C for 15-25 minutes and then dry them in the oven at 70°C for approx. 30 minutes.
The baking time may vary depending on the oven.
