Duck Balls

Ingredients:

  • 50 g Terra Canis Minis "Duck"
  • 35 g grated Gouda cheese
  • 55 g spelt flour
  • 1 egg
  • 5 tbsp water

Preparation:

Blend all the ingredients together to form a smooth dough. If necessary, add water to make the consistency thinner. Spread the mixture on a silicone baking mat and bake at 140 °C for approx. 30-40 minutes.

For a longer shelf life, dry the balls in the oven with the door open (60 minutes at 70 °C).

The baking time may vary depending on the oven.
