Today it’s all about two of nature’s secret weapons: turmeric and coconut oil❤ I always like to see whether I can add something extra to the good dog food I give Tilda - something that’s good for her gut bacteria and her whole body.

Dogs love a nibble, and like humans, the quality and quantity of the treats must be right to maintain health. Dog snacks from Terra Canis are made from 100% human-grade quality of all ingredients and, as nutritious “in-between” snacks, they contribute to a varied diet. Fresh, human-grade meat, vegetables, fruits, and herbs contribute to the extremely high quality. Our snacks are baked or gently air-dried and, besides tasting great, they provide adult dogs and puppies with nutrients.
What doggie snacks and treats are available at Terra Canis?
At Terra Canis you will find a wide range of dog treats and snacks, all made from high-quality ingredients.
Terra Canis Lumpis and Wuffels are made from pure meat. These natural doggie treats are the perfect reward for your daily training routine. The same goes for the Lieblingswurst sausage, also made from only the best air-dried meat. Our Canipé crispy balls are also 100% natural. These marvelous treats are ideal for travelling and for between-meal hunger pangs. And, with the hypo-allergenic and grain-free Canipé range, dogs with allergies don’t miss out on tasty nibbles. Kautscho beef sticks are ideal for that all-important dental hygiene. Kautscho beef sticks come in lots of different flavors, giving your pet a variety of tasty snacks. Vegetarian dogs can enjoy the meat-and-grain-free Garden drops, made entirely of vegetables and fruit. And, of course, we have not forgotten the tiniest of our furry friends. Feeding dog treats responsibly - what should I look out for?
When you are feeding dog treats it’s important that you give the right amount so that your pet does not become overweight, and that you avoid an imbalance in the animal’s diet. So, make sure that you keep to the feeding recommendations, and if necessary, adjust the daily food portion accordingly. You should also make sure that you are giving the correct size treats to your dog. Chews should always be given under supervision and chosen in line with what your dog will accept and tolerate.
Which treats are suitable for training?
When training, small and easily divided treats are ideal. Terra Canis offers a selection of training treats that are perfect for rewarding your dog for good behavior, and when it’s learning new commands. Our grain-free mini-treats for small dogs, or the much-loved Struppis, also in a grain-free recipe - all from the Terra Canis range - make bigger dogs happy too.
