The special nature and flavour of our anniversary menu is a tribute to dogs: a base of chunky beef heart, tender beef lung and aromatic beef liver is complemented by gently cooked potatoes and golden pumpkin. The intense colour and unmistakable flavour of the beetroot give the dish a special touch. Crisp green asparagus, fresh broccoli and pieces of cucumber enrich the menu and make it a culinary experience.
