Reviews
This is how Terra Canis ensures that its customer reviews are credible
To ensure that reviews come from consumers who have actually purchased or used our products, we carry out a credibility check.
Verified reviews may only be submitted by customers who have previously purchased from Terra Canis. These customers are invited by email to submit a review via an individual invitation link. The data required to assign the review is taken from the order. Upon request, a verified review may be published anonymously and is marked as verified.
Unverified reviews may also be submitted without a previous purchase. In this case, a valid email address and a name must be provided. Anonymous submission is not possible in this case. These reviews are checked before publication and are not marked as verified.
All reviews must comply with our terms of use. We reserve the right not to publish or to subsequently remove reviews that do not comply with these terms or whose content is not credible, objective, or appropriate.
Where applicable, the content of the reviews may be translated into other languages.
