We only use ingredients that are authorised for human consumption at the time of processing. Our products are manufactured in our own facility near Munich, under strict food standards and backed by decades of butchery expertise. The result: maximum safety, exceptional quality and complete peace of mind at every meal.

Terra Canis was born out of genuine love. The brand was created because founder Birgitta Ornau could not find any food that met her ethical and quality requirements for food for her rescued dogs. You can edit your existing subscription in the subscription management area. You can find this in the user account section after you log in.
You can edit your order up to 10 p.m. at the latest the day before it is processed. Subscription orders are generated by our system between 10 p.m. and 3 a.m. to guarantee you the most punctual delivery possible.

If a product is not available, you will get an email 3 days before your subscription is processed. This means you have time to edit your order and prevent shortages. If you do nothing, the order will be shipped without the product that is not available.
