Our consignments are often heavier and are therefore carefully and professionally padded. Thanks to our many years of experience, we ensure that your products are packaged securely with recycled paper padding so that your tins arrive undamaged.
Shipping costs
For shipping within Germany, the shipping costs are 4.99 euros per order. Delivery is free of charge for orders over €49. Information on deliveries to other shipping countries can be found here.
Fast delivery with DHL GoGreen
After you have placed your order, it is carefully packed and handed over directly to DHL. As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking link that you can use to track your parcel at any time.
Returns
If you wish to make a return, unopened tins can be sent back to us within 30 days of receipt of the goods. You can find detailed information on our returns page.
