AliVet LOW PROTEIN

With an especially high biological value and balanced nutrients, our menus from the LOW PROTEIN line contain limited protein and a moderate amount of fats, while being high in dietary fibre. Copper, phosphorus, and sodium are reduced. To ensure that your dog gets enough calories, these menus contain non-protein sources of energy: rapeseed oil, potatoes, and coconut flour, a true superfood. These menus are deliberately free of fruit and vegetables high in copper, and are instead supplemented with three medicinal herbs: birch leaves, stinging nettle, and dandelion. These herbs are known for their positive effect on the liver and kidneys. This diet also contains pumpkin, which is said to support kidney function. Furthermore, it is grain-free, because grain components are hard for dogs to digest, meaning the process is more complex and costs them energy, which in turn can lead to the creation of toxins that put additional strain on the kidneys and liver.

The kidneys are not only among the organism’s most active organs, but also among the ones with the highest blood supply. The carry out vitally important tasks in the body and keep its metabolism in equilibrium. They have an excretory (secretion-forming), regulatory (balance-maintaining), and endocrine (hormone-producing) function. General infections, inflammatory processes in the body, poisoning, trauma, or ageing can cause the kidneys to gradually lose function. Diet is also an essential cornerstone of kidney health: Excessive amounts of grain, phosphorus, and synthetic components in food can trigger and intensify kidney diseases, because breaking down these ingredients means supplying the organism with many substances that must be processed by the kidneys. In other words, these substances must all be filtered and excreted by the kidneys, which can permanently overburden the organ. As a result, the kidneys become more susceptible to insufficiency and disease. The same applies to the liver, which – as the body’s “central organ for detoxification and storage” – is not only able to store vital vitamins and minerals, but is also responsible for breaking down and converting many metabolic products and excreting toxins. When a diet includes a high number of substances that the liver must process, the organ must increase its activity accordingly, which can lead to overexertion and disease.

In addition, both master butchers from Schäbitz butcher’s in Munich and their entire team have been brought over, bringing with them decades of experience and expertise in the butcher's trade. All the ingredients used, the production site and the hygiene concept are still subject to 100% human-grade standards. Ich muss sagen, ich hab noch nie ein Hundefutter gehabt, dass so lecker riecht. Mein Hund kann sich hier nicht zurückhalten, bis das Essen endlich dasteht.

Unser Beagle frisst es recht gerne

Unser Beagle hat Pankreatitis (Bauchspeicheldrüsenentzündung) und seit Kurzem auch Niereninsuffizienz. Böse Kombination, da sich da die Futterempfehlung in Bezug auf Fett & Protein stark unterscheidet. Ich füttere im Wechsel und wir kommen gut klar. Jedoch wären 800g Dosen und Rabattaktionen auch von mir sehr, sehr gewünscht

Genau das, was jeder Leberkrankte Hund braucht.

Unser kleiner und geliebter, 14 Jahre alter Chihuahua Pinscher mit einer Lebererkrankung genießt diese Nahrung von Terra Canis, wie noch keine zuvor. Der Geruch dieser Nahrung ist äußerst angenehm und die Konsistenz perfekt, nach einer Woche mit dieser Nahrung (Low Protein) verschwand sogar der Wasser-Blähbauch meines Lieber Patienten. Ich kann und werde die Low Protein Nahrung absolut weiter empfehlen, besonders für die Besitzer von Nieren und Leber erkrankten Hunden.

Bestes Nierenfutter!

Bestes Nierenfutter! Meine Hündin liebt es und es riecht tatsächlich echt lecker. Ich finde es auch schade, dass genau diese Vet-Nahrung immer bei den Rabattaktionen ausgeschlossen ist, da ich fast nur dieses Futter benötige.

Alivet Nierenfutter

ich nehme das Alivet für meine Nierenkranke Hündin. Da mein Hund auch gerne mal zwischendurch ein paar Bröckchen Trockenfutter frisst wäre es toll wenn TC auch da was entwickeln würde. Denn gutes Trockenfutter für Nierenkranke Hunde ist sehr schwer auf dem Markt zu finden. Ansonsten bleibe ich bei dem Nassfutter bei TC weil es von allen das beste ist. Kranke Tiere brauchen gesundes Futter und da sind wir hier richtig.

Alivet Low Protein

Ich finde das Produkt sehr gut, es wird gut vertragen und sehr gerne gefressen. Da es recht teuer ist, wäre es schön, wenn auch mal eine Rabattaktion angeboten werden könnte oder auch mal an eine etwas kostengünstigere 800g Version. Da meine Hündin etwas größer ist benötige ich eh fast 2 400g-Dosen am Tag.

Super Produkt

Ich bin begeistert von dem Produkt. Die Nierenwerte meines Hundes haben sich innerhalb von 14 Tagen bzgl Kreatininwert um -0,6 verbessert und liegen somit wieder absolut im Normalbereich.

Gute Alternative im Urlaub

Ich koche für meinen nierenkranken Hund selbst. Bevor ich damit angefangen habe gab es Low Protein Wild. Ein anderes Nierenfutter mit einer verträglichen Proteinquelle ist nicht leicht zu finden. Weitere Proteinquellen wären prima. Die Werte haben sich dadurch verbessert. Jetzt nutzen wir es nur noch in der Urlaubszeit. Wie hier schon angegeben finde ich es ebenfalls sehr schade dass die AliVet Produkte grundsätzlich von Rabattaktionen ausgenommen sind. Eine Idee wäre doch vielleicht auch mal ein Produkt der Woche von AliVet...

Das Alivet-Produkt Low Protein verfüttern wir an unsere nierenkranke Hündin sind sehr damit zufrieden. Allerdings würden wir uns auch freuen, wenn es ab und an mal eine Rabatt-Aktion geben würde. Leider ist das Alivet-Futter immer davon ausgenommen.

Alivet Produkte

Alivet ist ein sehr gutes Produkt was mein Hund im Gegensatz zu anderen Futter sehr gut verträgt. Ich finde es nur schade das es bei den Rabattaktionen zumindest bis jetzt, so weit mir bekannt, immer ausgeschlossen ist. Es würden sich auch sicher noch andere Kunden freuen wenn es bei den Rabattaktionen mit dabei wäre , zumal es doch teurer als das Normalfutter ist.
